Pharmacist briefings that stick after the workshop ends
Evening workshops fill seats when dinner is included. The harder part is Monday morning, when a queue forms and the laminated deck stays in a drawer.
We design briefings around two patient questions the pharmacist already hears every shift. Each question maps to a short decision tree — indication, contraindication flag, and one soft recommendation line. No brand story slides in the first twenty minutes.
Every attendee leaves with a pocket card sized for the badge clip or till drawer. Supervisors receive a one-page coaching script for the following fortnight. When brand teams ask for proof, we report knowledge-check scores and a two-week recommendation diary from a sample of stores — not applause at the closing slide.
